⚠️ Defective / Damaged / Missing Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or missing, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
In case of the unavailability of the damaged, defective, or missing item, you may choose any other item of the same value or a higher value (the difference amount must be paid by the customer).
If the selected replacement item is of a lesser value, the remaining amount will be provided as a gift coupon and can be adjusted against your next purchase.

To process your request, you must provide the following:
- Clear images of the product showing the issue.
- A proper unboxing video recorded from a 360-degree angle.
- The video must clearly show the defective, damaged, or missing item.
❗ Important Condition
- The unboxing video must be continuous and uncut (no edits or pauses).
- Requests without a proper uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Your request will only be considered valid if all the above conditions are fulfilled.
